Network marketing is a business of utilizing a large network of people to bring a product to consumers. As you develop your business organization, the key is to focus on teaching and duplication. You have a servants heart and and willingness to mentor/coach others and you will succeed. The hard part is that many people who enter this profession do not receive the essential training that they need. Many feel overwhelmed by the process and frustrated when it doesn't come easily.
In my business I use a Success System to train my downline and to mentor anyone who asks for my assistance, even if they are with a company other than Zrii. That is the karma that I choose to put out into the world. As my coaching benefits others, my business organization grows, as does my customer base. Newbies need a system of duplication that they can easily share with their prospects and downline. I love Zrii as both a product and an organization, yet I have found that people are more open to being helped than they are to being pitched about any specific company or product. As I spend time mentoring other network marketers, there are some who find enough value in our interaction, that they want to join my company. It becomes a natural progression.
