Can you hedge your bets too much?

There are those who believe that if you are working a network marketing business seriously, then you must focus on just one business for at least 3 years. There is a lot of truth to that philosophy in that a serious business builder will be contacting new prospects everyday and assisting their down-line with 3-ways, every day. Doing that correctly does not leave much time to divert to other business endeavors.

On the other hand, there are those who do work 2-3 different businesses at time and find that the combination of non-competing products and opportunities gives them great results. For instance, one could have a main health and wellness business, an internet oriented discount shopping business and do some internet affiliate marketing as well. Once the systems are set up, including blogs, websites, links etc....It will only be the main health and wellness business that takes much time on a regular basis.

There are people who are presently struggling with Zrii.

It is a slightly harder sell in that the product is eastern and preventative in nature and people do not instantly "FEEL" something from it. For those who are Zrii customers, it is a leap of faith to continue taking a product without noticing a change in their health. BUT...for those who have been drinking Zrii for 6-12 months now, there are health changes that are both subtle and profound. I have personally heard positive experiences related to blood pressure, joint issues, blood sugar issues, sleep and energy. But again, it has been subtle and it has taken time. Just what you would expect from a product that rejuvenates, detoxifies, balances and by doing so allows ones' body to then heal itself. That is the profound aspect.

The Zrii compensation plan rewards the new enrollee with an amazing Fast Start Bonus. The challenge here is that the upline team above the enroller will benefit little from new people during the Fast Start Period. This can feel discouraging until the new enrollees start paying out in the uni-level section of the plan. Since the true nature of network marketing requires one to remain consistent for at least 1-2 years, this lag period should be viewed as part of the process to success. It is crucial in this business that you support your down-line by helping them maintain their customer base and also understand that network marketing is not a "get rich quick" proposition. Don't let them compare their success to some of the company's highlighted super-stars. Make sure you read the previous post and look seriously at the power of duplication implicite in the numbers.

Having a side, non-competing business can also help your down-line weather the slow moments. You do not want them taking energy away from Zrii, but rather energizing themselves while continuing on their path. What Does It Take to Earn $10,000 Per Month?

If you make 100 presentations per month statistically you should sponsor at least 1 person per month.

Let me give you my definition of a presentation. If someone watches a DVD, or listens to a CD, or watches a complete Presentation on the Net, that is a complete presentation.

How long does it take to invite someone to view a presentation? If done correctly it should not take more than 1-2 minutes. So that means you can invite ten people per day and that takes no more than 20 minutes. So you can see that anyone can find 20 minute per day to invite 10 people to look at the opportunity.

Let me give you an example of the power of time leverage. Most people now work 40-50-60 hours per week and thats what they are compensated on. How would you like to be compensated on over 1,000 per week of productivity? Heres how it works.

Lets say you have 10 people in you group working just 10 hours per week.

10 people x 10 hours per week = 100 hours of productivity.

100 people x 10 hours per week = 1,000 hours of productivity.

1,000 people x 10 hours per week = 10,000 hours of productivity.

Starting to get the picture? Now lets show you how you can fail 99% of the time and become very successful in Network Marketing in just 1-2- years.

Month 1= Sponsor 1 new person, you and that new person sponsor 1 = 2

Month 2= Sponsor 1 new person + the 2 people from last month =3 people.

Month 3= Sponsor 1 new person + the 3 who each got 1 = 7 people.

Month 4= Sponsor 1 new person + the 7 who each get 1= 15 people.

Month 5= Sponsor 1 new person + the 15 who each get 1= 31 people.

Month 6= Sponsor 1 new person + the 31 who each get 1= 63 people.

Month 7= Sponsor 1 new person + the 63 who each get 1= 127 people.

Month 8= Sponsor 1 new person + the 127 who each get 1= 255 people.

Month 9= Sponsor 1 new person + the 255 who each get 1= 511 people.

Month 10= Sponsor 1 new person + the 511 who each get 1= 1023 people.

Month 11= Sponsor 1 new person + the 1023 who each get 1= 2047 people.

Month 12= Sponsor 1 new person + the 2047 who each get 1= 4095 people.

So in 12 months if you just sponsored 1 new person each month and everyone helped those new people sponsor just one person per month you would have over 4,000 people in your group! Isn't that amazing? Now lets presume that 50% quit because the above example is perfect math, and it never works out that way. But what if it did? Just to demonstrate a hypothetical example, lets say you have 2,000 in your group ordering 120 per month in product.

2,000 distributors x $120= 240,000 in volume and lets say you just pick up 7%. Thats $16,800 per month. And that is not including whatever bonus your company has to offer! Lets cut it in half again and say it takes you 2 years to do this. Still not a bad income for 2 years work.

Remember this is just a theoretical example and not a guarantee of income. No one can guarantee your success. It takes hard work over a long period of time to achieve success in any business. Also remember the difference between success and failure is: A successful person is willing to do over a long period of time what an un-successful person is not willing to do.

Zrii Helps

Friends, I recently had one of those wonderful moments in network marketing. A gentleman who started drinking Zrii about 10 days ago called to tell me how much he loved it. In his exact words, "I love this stuff!!" I asked him what it was that he loved in he related how he had been working 12-14 hour days doing manual labor. After drinking 3 ounces of Zrii each day for about a week, he said he was no longer tired, groggy and sore in the mornings and feels like his energy is steady throughout the day. Zrii Training in Salt Lake City

When you went to high school or college, you were probably not trained well in how to succeed in the real world. You learned academics. Some of you received a practical type degree and learned how to repair car engines, or build airplanes. Even with a higher level graduate degree in business or professions, you do not learn how to really DO IT.

I know. I have two Master's Degrees. The one in education did not teach me how to teach. Though it did teach me an amazing amount about children and education. My Social Work degree did not teach me how to be a social worker in private practice. I learned a lot of theory, but the practical part was learned during internships and my first jobs.

In network marketing, so many people focus on enrolling others and then some try and do training with their team. Unfortunately this is often like the blind leading the blind, since so many people are trying to help others while they, themselves, are not yet successful in this industry. That is why I just love what is happening in Salt Lake City this coming Friday and Saturday.

Zrii is offering a two day "University". The topic of study will be "How to Be Successful in Your Zrii Business". They will focus on everything from product knowledge to intense training in recruiting and duplication. This is the first Zrii School. It will reconvene once every quarter of the year..that is...4 times per year. The teachers are people who do know how to DO IT. They are the ones who are already successful in network marketing and in Zrii. Isn't that who you would want to learn from?

Think and Grow Rich, written in the early part of the 20th century by Napolean Hill is a classic. Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Mark Weiser are just three of the wealthy, successful business people who read this book at least once per year. If you've recently read The Secret, then you will be amazed when you read Think and Grow Rich for the topic it the same even though it was written at least 70 years earlier.

In our organization which is quickly rising as the top Zrii Team, the focus on the Law of Attraction is inherent in all that we do. Today I road the Metro North Railroad from Westchester County in NY to Grand Central Station in New York City. Though I grew up in the NYC area, I only visit twice per year now from my home in the Colorado Mountains. While traveling I repeated over and over to myself that I would meet someone today who would join my Zrii organization and rise to the top. Five hours later, while eating pizza at Ray's on the upper West Side, I was approached by a young lady soliciting funds for the Democratic National Committee. At barely 20 years old she was poised, interested, passionate and focused. She had the drive and the skills to engage me in conversation and offer me the opportunity to give a donation. She also clearly would not take "no" for an offer and created another opportunity for me to donate $20 more than my initial amount.

This young woman is going to join my Zrii organization and she is going to succeed in her life, no matter what she decides success looks like for her. I put it out to the universe and she entered the pizza parlor. I recognized her within the first 30 seconds of talking, as the person I was going to meet today who would join with me in my business.
